So the pictures are not posted in order but that's OK. This is the boat where we found it. just the way the owners of the dock found it too. The sturgeon pole still sticking out the end. 10 miles later it parked itself for someone to find it.
Crossing the small river with our stuff.
Base camp in the picture below.
Cade waking up next to the fire.
The pretty sun set the night out there.
This pic is of Saturday night sturgeon fishing...
Just lost it!

The river was so high that we had to drag the boat to the river on the road we usually drive in on.

That night while we were up starting dinner Matt went down to double check on the boat and make sure it was tied up. Well when he got to the bank and looked around we heard "The boats not here!". And he stood out in the river hoping the boat would just happen to drift by...never happened. Poor guy. Lost his boat. So our trucks are on the other side of the river and we need to get to them. Anyway...we ate, slept and woke the next day. There was 1 bar of service on the phone and he called his good friend and he met us about a 10 minute hike out to a road on that side of the river...luckily it was that close.
they tried to make a nifty thing to carry some of the stuff in. Well it didn't work and they just ended up carrying the blue tortilla of stuff out. Good Times. Glad in the end we got the boat back (Thanks to Brad Capps)
