Today, 5 years ago..

Today 5 years ago Matt walked into my life and introduced himself to me. I have been so in love with him since that day. It is amazing how powerful and special his love can be and is. he makes me feel so loved and special!

I remember the first couple weeks of knowing him and really thinking how my life would be as Heather Hamilton and it sent the butterflies through my body! I remember coming home and telling everyone I knew what an amazing person he is and how I think he is the one. I loved how he would sing and play the guitar for me. Or drum away and let me listen to what he loves to do. Or just getting off work and hanging out on the balcony talking and watching the sunset while he strummed his guitar.

We talked and talked and enjoyed each other’s company getting to know each other. Meeting his family and seeing the life he had lived out on the ranch with his family. What a wonderful family he was raised with and realizing it was somewhat the same lifestyle I was raised with. Having a Mother and Father that lived the gospel and raised them in the church. Knowing He had a family website too! Just seeing what a beautiful person Matt is. Realizing what a wonderful person I had come into contact with and being able to enjoy all my time with Him.

I loved how he wanted to show me all the favorite things he loved in Idaho. It was the landscape and Mother Nature he had enjoyed His entire life He wanted to show me. He wanted me to experience some of the things he had as in picking asparagus out on his farm. Enjoy the smell of hay and the summer smells. Fishing the lakes and rivers he had his whole life.

What an amazing Man he is and has made my life so wonderful! Life just wasn't the same with out him. Life became so beautiful and colorful! I love that he knows who he is and what he loves in life. I love all of his talents and abilities. He is such an honest and hard worker. I love how he is passionate about the beauty of this earth, and loves to go out and be in it and wanting me to enjoy it with him.

I have always loved how well he communicates with me and shares his thoughts and feelings about everything in life. I love everything about him and not just one or two things. I love him as a whole! All his great qualities and not so great qualities. I will always love him for who he is. I would do anything for him. He is supportive and understanding.

Matthew David Hamilton, I love you with all my heart! Thank you for being you and showing me that you love me and want to share the rest of your life with me. I am yours and you are mine. Thanks for the wonderful life we have lived together!
