Autumn's 1st Birthday

Thank you so much for all that were able to come. It was so much fun. Thanks to all those who helped me get things ready when you weren't planning on it. Email me your email address and I will send you your personal pic with the Owl if you got one.

What a special girl Autumn is. Where in the world did time go?It has gone by WAY WAY to quick. I hold her these days and she is a kid. I'm late on a lot of things...one was Autumns 1 yr check up and shots. So I just got her in on Tuesday and She weighed 23 lbs, was 30 '' high. Very healthy little girl. She was 75% for height, 50% for weight & 75th for head circumference. She needed to get 5 shots...it was painful, and over quickly. She is a tough girl..she did cry but only for a little bit. Then the past week she has had slight fevers and I think and ear ache? SHe is all back to normal and taking a nap...finally. Hence the time to post a few posts.

Autumn is such a neat little soal. She is very smart and knows what I mean when I say something. She is quiet most of the time. We get little waves of her jibber jabbering. Its so cute...its kinda like a "oushie, eushie.." sounds. I think we hear it more when she is tired.

Autumn has been doing good with sleeping through the nights. She usually wakes around 5 for a little drink and then back to bed to hopefully at least 7. There are rare mornings when she sleeps in till 830. we don't see those to often. We have had a lot of family reunions and camp outs where autumns night time routines have been mixed up a bit, and now ready to get back on track.
Autumn is so wonderful with other kids and also to be watched by others. We hear all the time "she is the best little one to watch". She is very active and really daring. Autumn and I went to Layton surf n swim the other day with her cousins and autumn was constantly trying to get deeper and deeper even though she kept getting dunked and pushed over by the waves. She sure does know how to hold her breath when she goes under. She is a fish. We are in the back yard all the time and she plays in her pool for hours. She loves the water. I on the other hand do not enjoy the water as much when we go to lakes and surf n swim places with out Daddy. He makes it so much nicer to get out. He is great with Autumn and doesn't mind staying right by her side...which neither do I but to have her fighting you when you try to hold her hand so she doesn't go under makes it hard.
We Love you so much Autumn!

PS Thanks Amy so much for baking and creating the cakes for Autumn. They are Exactly the way I wanted them. They turned out perfect.
